We are seeking an experienced International Road Freight Operator with 5+ years experience to join a leading forwarder in Leamington Spa.

This role focuses on managing Road Freight operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of road freight operations, specialising in Internatioanal road freight.
• Manage relationships with clients, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation, customs regulations, and industry standards.
• Dealing with any queries from clients and customers
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid background in road freight operations.
• 5+ years experience in International Road Freight
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of documentation and customs procedures.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
