The Role
As an Export Clerk, you'll manage international export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring every shipment is handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
Duties Include
- Managing export shipments from start to finish.
- Preparing and checking export documentation.
- Liaising with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, hauliers and customs.
- Providing shipment updates and resolving customer queries.
- Monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with customs procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Building strong relationships with customers and overseas partners.
- Working closely with the operations team to deliver outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
- To be successful, you'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- Export Clerk
- Export Operator
- Freight Forwarder
- Air Freight Operator
- Ocean Freight Operator

You'll also have
- Previous Freight Forwarding experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- The ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
