We’re recruiting for an experienced Air Export Specialist to join a leading freight forwarder. This is a full start-to-finish export role, handling everything from quoting through to billing out, with full responsibility for customs declarations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end air export operations, road and ocean experience beneficial
- Preparing and submitting full export customs entries, as well as Home Use, End Use, Bonded entries, IPR, OPR, Carnets, and British Returns
- Liaising with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant movements
- Producing accurate quotes and completing final billing
- Ensuring timelines, documentation and regulatory requirements are met consistently
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4 years’ air export experience within freight forwarding
- Strong, consistent employment history
- Confident with full customs processes (including special procedures)
- A proactive operator with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
