Our client, a well-established freight forwarding and logistics provider, is seeking a Road Freight Customer Service Coordinator to join their Nottingham operation. This position is ideal for someone with experience within road freight forwarding, transport, or logistics customer service who is looking to join a growing business offering long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries relating to UK and European road freight shipments
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
  • Providing shipment updates and proactively communicating any delays or issues
  • Liaising with hauliers, carriers, drivers, and internal operational teams
  • Supporting quotation requests and customer pricing enquiries
  • Ensuring all shipment records and documentation are accurately maintained
