They are looking for a proactive International Freight Coordinator to manage global sea freight trade lanes and deliver exceptional service from booking to delivery.

Your Impact

  • End-to-End Management: Oversee deep-sea import shipments (FCL & LCL) from the initial booking right through to final delivery and container devanning.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Coordinate seamlessly with shipping lines, hauliers, port authorities, and overseas partners to bypass supply chain bottlenecks and minimize demurrage/detention charges.
  • Compliance Precision: Manage customs documentation accurately, handling import declarations, clearance procedures, and ensuring shipments are audit-ready.
  • Client Champion: Build strong rapport with customers by providing proactive tracking updates, arrival notices, and tailored logistics solutions.
