Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire Multimodal Export Operations process from start to finish.
- Preparing accurate quotations and pricing for shipments, ensuring the most competitive rates are secured.
- Coordinating with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to ensure the efficient movement of freight from origin to destination.
- Managing key client accounts, overseeing the entire shipment lifecycle from booking through to final delivery.
- Preparing and processing all required shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Completing customs export documentation in line with current customs regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
- Experience on Air & Sea Freight Export shipments is a must.
- Experience handling Oil & Gas shipments.
- Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
- Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service.
