I am working with a leading UK freight and logistics business with a strong reputation and an expanding presence across the UK. Backed by decades of industry experience, an extensive European footprint, and a well-connected global network, the company offers both stability and genuine long-term opportunity. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Air, Sea, and Road Freight.

The role will involve:

  • Developing new business in line with agreed commercial targets
  • Generating opportunities through self-sourced activity, warm leads, and existing networks
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying growth opportunities across customers, services, and trade lanes
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Working closely with operational teams to support a smooth transition from sale to service delivery

Package on offer:

  • Basic salary of £45,000 to £65,000
