We are on the lookout for Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Bristol, whether you are an experienced consultant or someone looking to get into a recruitment role with no experience. We're looking for potential, not perfection. We are after passion, drive and ambition!

  • Hours: 4.5 day week - Half Day Fridays!
  • Salary: £23,000 - £35,000
  • Commission: Up to 30% uncapped no threshold
  • Holidays: 23 Days plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

  • CV Searching and qualifying candidates
  • Speaking to clients, building lasting relationships
  • New Business Development, pursuing new opportunities
  • Arranging interviews, guiding candidates through the process ensuring a seamless experience
  • Target achievement, collaborating within a high performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results
