My client is a leading global freight forwarder seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to join their busy international logistics team. In this role, you will take full ownership of deep-sea export shipments from booking right through to final delivery, ensuring absolute compliance and world-class customer service along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage the daily execution of ocean export files (FCL & LCL) from initial booking to delivery.
- Documentation & Customs: Prepare and process crucial shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
- Carrier & Agent Liaison: Negotiate spot rates and coordinate closely with shipping lines, hauliers, overseas agents, and customs brokers.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing real-time tracking updates, proactive problem-solving, and resolving operational issues smoothly.
- Financial Integrity: Complete job costing, ensure all accurate billing is processed, and maximize file profitability.
