AOG Specialist - Express / Time Critical Coordinator
Location: Heathrow, Greater London
Salary: 40,000+
Hours: 4 on / 4 off – 7am to 7pm
We are looking for an experienced Express / Time Critical Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This is a key role responsible for managing customer shipments from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate express and time-critical shipments from start to finish.
- Process orders, create job records and manage all relevant paperwork.
- Manage import and export clearances using CDS / ASM .
- Communicate with customers, hauliers, co-loaders and transport providers.
- Resolve operational issues and customer queries quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain customer KPIs and service levels.
- Looking after key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Support operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
About You
- Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, express or time-critical operations .
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure.
- Confident using IT systems, particularly Excel and CRM systems .
- Experience with CDS/ASM would be advantageous.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of profitability and customer retention.
- Professional, proactive and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
