We’re working with an industry-leading freight forwarder that continues to go from strength to strength, and they’re now looking to add an experienced Air Export Gateway Operator to their growing team in Feltham. This is a hands-on gateway role, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being at the heart of export operations.

The Role

  • Managing air export gateway operations from start to finish
  • Coordinating consolidations and liaising with airlines, hauliers, and internal teams
  • Preparing and checking export documentation
  • Ensuring strict adherence to cut-off times and compliance requirements
  • Supporting smooth, efficient movement of freight through the gateway

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in air freight exports, ideally within a gateway environment
  • Strong understanding of export processes and airline procedures
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to work well under time pressure
  • A reliable team player who thrives on shift-based work
