  • End-to-End Management: Oversee deep-sea import shipments (FCL & LCL) from the initial booking right through to final delivery and container de-vanning.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Coordinate seamlessly with shipping lines, hauliers, port authorities, and overseas partners to bypass supply chain bottlenecks and minimise demurrage/detention charges.
