Are you early in your freight forwarding career and ready for your next step?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable international freight forwarder in the Heathrow area, looking to strengthen their ocean team with a Junior Import or Export Operator.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of UK freight forwarding experience who wants to deepen their knowledge in ocean freight operations within a supportive and professional environment.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the end-to-end handling of ocean import/export shipments
  • Coordinating with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams
  • Preparing documentation and updating internal systems
  • Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process

What we\’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years in a freight forwarding operations role (ocean preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
  • A keen interest in growing within the international logistics sector
