Are you an experienced Transport Planner with a deep understanding of international logistics? Do you thrive under pressure, love solving problems on the move, and have the knowledge to confidently manage a busy fleet across Europe?

We're recruiting for a well-established logistics business that’s looking for a skilled International Transport Planner to take control of a fleet of around 45 vehicles, coordinating full and part loads to/from and across the continent. This is a challenging and rewarding role where your planning expertise, regulatory knowledge, and cool head will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and coordinating full and part load transport across Europe
  • Managing a fleet of circa 45 vehicles and ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Liaising daily with drivers, clients, and European partners
  • Ensuring full compliance with customs requirements, ADR, and EU road regulations
  • Monitoring driver hours, tachographs, and rest breaks in line with legislation
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and keeping communication clear and proactive
  • Working closely with internal teams including customer service and compliance

  • Proven experience in international transport planning (full & part loads)
  • Solid understanding of customs procedures, ADR regulations, and EU transport laws
  • Knowledge of driver hours, WTD, and cabotage rules
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Europe and cross-border operations
  • Confident communicator who stays calm under pressure
  • Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
