Role: Ocean Freight Operator Location: Southampton Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 We are seeking a skilled Ocean Import and Export Operator to join our team in Southampton . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of ocean freight operations for both import and export shipments, from booking and documentation to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments for imports and exports, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery. Coordinate with carriers, customers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments. Prepare and submit customs entries, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. Track and monitor shipments, updating clients on status and resolving any issues as they arise.
