Salary: £27,000 – £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full process of ocean imports and exports, including customs clearance, documentation, and transport coordination

• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers while delivering high levels of customer service
• Track shipments, update clients on delivery schedules, and manage any potential delays
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations, policies, and customs requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company
• Strong knowledge of ocean import/export procedures, documentation, and customs clearance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
