This position is ideal for someone with experience within road freight forwarding, transport, or logistics customer service who is looking to join a growing business offering long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries relating to UK and European road freight shipments
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
- Providing shipment updates and proactively communicating any delays or issues
- Liaising with hauliers, carriers, drivers, and internal operational teams
- Supporting quotation requests and customer pricing enquiries
- Ensuring all shipment records and documentation are accurately maintained
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Delivering high levels of customer service while meeting operational KPIs
Requirements
- Previous experience within road freight forwarding, logistics, transport, or freight customer service
- Understanding of UK and European road freight operations
