Salary : £27,000 – £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end international shipments across air, sea, and road freight
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with carriers, hauliers, and overseas partners
• Handle customs documentation and clearance procedures accurately and efficiently
• Track consignments, manage pre-alerts , and provide regular client updates
• Deliver outstanding customer service from booking to final delivery
• Oversee invoicing, job costing, and ensure all documentation is compliant

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of air, sea, or road freight operations
• Confident understanding of customs processes and shipping documentation
• Experience using systems like Cargowise , Multifreight , or similar
• Excellent attention to detail , communication , and organisational skills
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple shipments
