Pricing Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing information, preparing customer quotations, and supporting the sales team with pricing enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer and product pricing.
- Prepare and send customer quotations.
- Process pricing changes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to pricing enquiries from customers and colleagues.
- Work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, and Finance teams.
- Check pricing data for accuracy.
- Produce basic pricing reports when required.
- Carry out general administrative duties related to pricing.
Requirements
- Previous administration or pricing experience is preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
