We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Essex area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Multimodal Export Operator. Responsibilities:
- Handling Air and Sea freight export shipments from start to finish
- Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
- Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times
- Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
- Looking after KPI's
- Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
- Handling customs documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on Multimodal Freight Shipments
- Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
- Excellent customer service skills
