🚢 Ocean Export Coordinator | Hybrid | £30,000 – £35,000 I’m currently working with a well-established logistics business that’s looking to add an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing shipments end-to-end while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. The role: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full ocean export process, acting as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring shipments move smoothly from booking through to delivery. Key responsibilities include: • Managing export shipments from start to finish • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely updates • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients • Liaising with customers, customs, and internal teams to ensure all documentation is received on time • Coordinating with suppliers, forwarders, and overseas agents for accurate shipment updates • Ensuring customers are fully informed on shipment progress • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records • Completing export documentation and invoicing within deadlines What’s on offer: • Salary between £30,000 – £35,000 • Hybrid working
