A global, top logistics provider is looking for a motivated and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South. You’ll be representing a major name in the industry, with a strong reputation in road freight, from domestic and European full loads and part loads to groupage and dedicated transport services. This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in front of customers, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and shaping road-based transport solutions that genuinely make a difference. You’ll also have the advantage of tapping into wider services like warehousing, customs support, and e-commerce fulfilment, giving you plenty of ways to add value and stand out in a competitive market.
Must have previous experience in Freight OR Logistics
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: United Kingdom
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 plus commission & company car

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to large enterprises.
- Collaborate with internal operations, customs, and commercial teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.
- Represent the company at regional networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.

- Proven success in B2B sales within logistics, freight, or supply chain sectors.
