The role involves managing the entire process of freight forwarding, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Ensuring all queries are dealt with whilst maintaining strong working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated set of customer accounts.
- Handle all aspects of bookings, including quoting and arranging transport.
- Provide accurate spot quotes and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
- Process invoices and resolve invoice-related queries.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the wider operations team as required.
