Role: European Road Freight Operator
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Package: £30,000 - £33,000 + bonuses
We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Solihull area that are looking for an excellent and experienced European Road Freight Operator with Import/ Export experience.

Responsibilities:
- Handling Road Freight shipments from start to finish
- Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
- Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
- Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
- Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
- Completion of Customs declarations - Import/ Export
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on Road Freight Shipments
- Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
- Excellent customer service skills
