I'm currently recruiting for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established freight forwarding and logistics business with multiple locations across the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building customer relationships, and being rewarded for their success through an uncapped commission structure.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and selling a range of international freight forwarding services.
  • This is a proactive sales role suited to someone who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and win new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Arrange a minimum of 12 new business appointments per week.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' proven B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrable success in cold calling and new business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
  • Freight forwarding, logistics, transport, or supply chain sales experience is highly desirable.
