We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee export shipments to the US. The ideal candidate will liaise with shippers, hauliers, warehouses, and airlines to ensure a seamless export process. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with US shippers to confirm shipment readiness.

- Handle AES filing for export and prepare export documentation.
- Provide quotes for export shipments to the US.
- Ensure accurate billing as per customer rates or quotes.
