WE’RE HIRING – AIR and SEA FREIGHT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Air and Sea Freight Business Development Manager to join a growing and ambitious freight forwarding business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual who has a strong network within the industry and a proven track record of winning new business.
The Role:
- Develop and win new freight forwarding business
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective customers
- Identify opportunities across Air and Sea Freight
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to account development
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within Freight Forwarding sales/business development
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business
- Strong knowledge of Air and Sea and/or Road Freight
- Established industry contacts and customer relationships
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and confident in developing new accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
