We're looking for an accomplished, client-focused sales professional to join our small team at ALS Private. This is a rare opportunity for someone who genuinely understands ultra high net worth clients and has hands on experience arranging ultra-luxury travel.
Role Overview
This is a client-facing role focused primarily on sales generation. Our clients have very high expectations, along with discretion being essential. We're looking for someone highly organised, positive and outgoing, with strong attention to detail who has the ability to work accurately in a time-pressured environment. Extensive experience of ultra-luxury travel, including skiing, is imperative.
This position will cover responsibility for client trips, including overseeing initial confirmation, through to departure, return and follow up. We take a calm, solutions-focused approach to even the most unusual requests, with a ‘no request is too difficult’ attitude, and the ability to think creatively under pressure is important.

- Run the weekly sales meeting, collating and presenting financial and sales performance data.
- Manage each trip through to completion, including a post-trip follow-up, curating itineraries tailored to each client's vision, budget and lifestyle.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to arrange private jets, airport handling, ground transport, staffing (security, nannies, etc.), in-chalet ski equipment fitting, lift passes, ski instructors, restaurant bookings, spa treatments, activities and full-scale events or parties.
- Manage the finances connected to bookings and concierge.
- Occasional travel abroad for on site trip management for clients. Product, Marketing & Industry Engagement
- Stay current on new properties, destinations, products and market trends; research and propose new products and experiences to the wider team; coordinate supplier product training sessions.
