We are looking for three Operational Excellence Coordinators to join our teams in Coventry.

Locations: Coventry

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Contract: Permanent

Day‑to‑Day:

  • Analyse site workflows and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and improvement workshops
  • Monitor productivity and performance through dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions
  • Encourage and promote colleague‑led improvement ideas and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams across sites to share best practice and track improvements

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in continuous improvement, operational support, or similar environments
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics
  • Understanding of Lean principles or productivity improvement approaches
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Practical, hands‑on approach to problem solving and implementing improvements
  • Degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, science, or a related field
