Join ALS as an Administration Assistant in our Customer Service department. You will pre‑register samples, arrange collections and deliveries, and support customers to ensure satisfaction.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Inputting and maintaining data using Excel
  • Booking sample collections and bottle deliveries
  • Responding to enquiries and providing appropriate information or referrals
  • Reviewing and reporting anomalies to customers
  • Answering calls and providing support to Customer Services
  • Assisting with reporting of results
  • Raising credit notes and manual invoices for Customer Services
  • Ad‑hoc duties as required to support business directives

Qualifications

  • Office administrative experience, preferably within a commercial organisation
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment
  • Solution‑oriented approach and flexibility in supporting and back‑filling team members
  • Experience working with IT systems including MS Office
