Position Details
- Hours per week: 30 | Contract: 12‑Month Fixed Term | Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00‑18:00

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Act as a friendly, professional first point of contact for key clients via phone and email.
- Support client onboarding and system maintenance, ensuring accurate records and setup.
- Provide support and training to clients on the ALS online system.
- Monitor turnaround targets and the progress of client results, escalating issues where required.
- Support service delivery through SLAs, client satisfaction surveys, and complaint logging/follow‑up.
- Maintain pricing and support invoice query investigations to enable timely payments.
- Provide shared inbox support and complete ad‑hoc administration as needed.

- Excellent communication skills with internal/external clients across multiple sites.
- Proactive approach to work; self‑motivated and resourceful.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice.
- Knowledge of internal IT systems/databases.
