As they continue to scale, they are seeking their first dedicated Senior HR Manager to build and lead the people function, partnering closely with the founders and senior leadership team to support the next stage of growth.
You will be the senior HR leader responsible for:
- Attracting exceptional talent, strengthening culture, implementing scalable people processes and providing strategic guidance to leadership.
- Supporting organisational design and workforce planning as the business grows.
- Helping balance entrepreneurial agility with scalable structures and processes.
- Maintaining a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment as the company scales.
Performance & Development:
- Support leaders in driving accountability, performance and employee growth.
- Introduce meaningful performance measures and development frameworks.
- Coach managers on leadership, feedback and employee relations matters.
- Manage performance improvement processes with fairness and professionalism.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions and international locations.
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing growth.
- Strengthen and develop the employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Design and manage onboarding and probation processes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Develop and implement practical HR policies and processes suitable for a fast-growth business.
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, holiday management and employee records.
- Manage visa, right-to-work and employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide expert HR guidance and risk management support.
Proven experience building or scaling a people function within a high-growth, founder-led organisation. Experience supporting multi-site and/or international teams. Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Able to build strong in-person relationships and maintain a visible office presence. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Background within luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle or other premium service sectors. Experience supporting rapid business expansion or international growth. Exposure to multi-divisional or multi-brand organisations.
