We’re seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our team at the Prescot site. This varied and hands‑on role emphasizes administration, customer support and client communication, playing a key part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for our customers while supporting the day‑to‑day running of our commercial operations.
About the Role
- Location: Prescot. Hybrid role after probation with three days in the office and two days working from home.
- Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Contract: Full Time & Fixed Term (12 months)
- Annual Salary: £27,000
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Co‑ordination and administration of inspection and analysis quotations
- Assistance with annual tenders and client proposals
- Join client meetings and events to build strong, lasting relationships
- Organise customer visits to our office and laboratory
- Manage general department administration tasks
- Generate department statistics using Excel and Power‑BI
- Regular communication with customers via email and telephone, and attend client visits or events as required
