ALS Laboratories are looking for Laboratory Technicians to support their team at ALS Trowbridge. The successful candidate will be testing a diverse range of finished food products and associated ingredients using a variety of analytical techniques and support our sample receipt department on weekends. This role requires someone who has a meticulous eye for detail and can follow processes and procedures.
About the Position
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (12:30pm to 9pm)
- Contract: Full Time and Permanent
- Annual Salary: £26,867
The Day to Day
- To perform analysis allocated in accordance with documented methodology
- Follow all processes and procedures to maximise role efficiency.
- Conduct daily quality control checks and calibrations of equipment
- Ensure your workstation is always clean and tidy.
- To conform with all site Quality Management systems and Health and safety procedures and protocols.
- To keep accurate records.

- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to read, understand and implement instructions accurately is vital.
