ALS are searching for a new Payroll Administrator for maternity cover. This is to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing for all our employees. About the Role
- Contract Type: Full time, Maternity Cover until 31st March 2027
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid
Day to Day
- As a Payroll Administrator you will focus on accurate processing and administration
- Handling data input and reporting with precision, leveraging your Excel expertise
- Manage payrolls and answering questions from employees, stakeholders and auditors when asked
- Following established procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support payroll operations
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practices

- Previous experience in payroll processing is most advantageous
- Strong Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Sage is a must
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communicator and a proactive team player
