We are seeking a highly organised and driven Precious Metals Coordinator to deliver an exceptional, bespoke inspection service for clients across a diverse range of precious metal-bearing commodities at locations worldwide. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, requiring a proactive individual who can manage complex projects end-to-end while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy and client service. You will play a key role in coordinating inspection activities, supporting commercial operations, and ensuring seamless delivery in line with both client expectations and company standards.
Role Location: Prescot
Shift: Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00). This role is office based, with the potential for hybrid working after six months.
Contract: Full Time & Fixed Term (until September 2027)
Hours: 37.5

The Day to Day
- Manage precious metal inspection projects on a day-to-day basis in close liaison with ALS’ international client base.
- Support Key Account Management and deliver a consistently high level of customer service to ALS current and potential client base.
- Producing quotations and commercial agreements detailing an often-bespoke service offering.
- Reporting and exchanging analysis certificates to/on behalf of the customer.
- Performing some occasional operational/inspection work on behalf of the Precious Metals Department both domestically and internationally.
- Attending industry and networking events to promote ALS’ precious metals service portfolio.

- Experience with regards to precious metal inspection or analysis would be advantageous.
- Experience using Management Information Systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
