Role Summary
To manage and grow ALS Dental’s key corporate and DSO accounts by ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, consistent service delivery, and commercial development across the ALS laboratory network. You will act as the central point of contact between clients and laboratories, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clinical leads, and practice teams.
Responsibilities
- Account Ownership: Manage relationships and operations of corporate and DSO accounts, acting as the key contact between client and labs.
- Client Onboarding: Lead onboarding of new clients including systems, communication routes, pricing and preferences.
- Service Delivery & Lab Coordination: Ensure consistent quality, turnaround and service across multiple labs.
- Training & Support: Arrange and oversee training on systems, products and workflows.
- Performance & KPI Management: Track and report on sales and operational KPIs.
- Issue Resolution: Manage escalations and improve processes.
- Account Review & Growth: Conduct reviews, maintain CRM records and develop growth plans.
Qualification and Experiences Required:
- Degree level education preferred, or equivalent account management or operational experience.
- IT & Systems: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Excel, CRM systems and digital portals.
- Proven B2B key account management experience.
- Experience managing large, complex or multi-site accounts.
- Dental, healthcare or laboratory experience advantageous.

- Strong relationship management, communication, organisation, problem solving, commercial awareness and CRM discipline.
- Highly organised, proactive, client-focused and detail-driven.
