ALS Dental Lab is a fast-growing dental laboratory working with practices across the UK. We are investing heavily in our commercial team to drive the next phase of growth and are now building a brand-new sales division. This is an exciting opportunity to join at ground level and grow with the business.
As a Dental Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with dental practices, introducing ALS Dental Lab services, and driving consistent new business. You’ll be part of a newly formed sales team with structured training, clear targets, and genuine progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact dental practices to introduce ALS Dental Lab services
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Convert leads into long-term client relationships
- Attend meetings, calls, and occasional events where required
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with management to hit individual and team targets
