We’re looking for a Strategic Account Director for DSO and Independent Dental Groups, who thrives on turning high‑value relationships into sustained revenue and profitability growth.

Location: Home based with extensive travel to ALS Labs and customers UK Wide

What you’ll do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts nationally
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients/Independent groups
  • Develop strategic plans, and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, providing consulting services to clients, and aligning client needs with ALS Dental’s innovative solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth initiatives including ALS Academy, Operations Directors, Commercial and Customer Engagement Teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in driving business development and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen with a sharp focus on profitability
  • Proven expertise in sales and contract negotiation, including tailoring solutions to meet client needs and securing agreements.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic Thinker who executes with pace and precision
  • Understanding of the Dental or Medical Devices industry is a strong advantage.
