Romak is a specialist Prosthetic dental laboratory experiencing increased workload, and we’re looking for a well-organised, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry, document management and general office duties
- Supporting the team using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling calls, messages and internal communication where required
About you:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some experience using CRM systems
- Computer-literate and quick to pick up new systems
- A friendly, reliable team player with a positive attitude
