We seek a skilled and energetic Systems Manager to help drive our digital roadmap and create a best in class network of dental labs. In this role, you will accelerate the implementation and evolution of digital systems and processes at our lab sites, offering technical guidance, best practice, hands on support and planning to the onsite teams.
Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert in the setup, onboarding and management of our ALS Digital ecosystem from customer engagement through to finance and reporting.
- Support existing and new lab locations in the onboarding, training and full implementation of digital workflows and associated process changes.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify priorities and opportunities to improve our group capabilities, efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Provide remote and in person support to labs ensuring they are aware of, and taking advantage of, all system benefits and following best practice guidance.
- Challenge the status quo by providing innovative and pragmatic ideas always focused on where we are heading as a business.
Qualifications:
- None! Attitude is far more important than formal qualifications. If you are confident, diligent and willing to step up and be counted, that is enough!
- Ideally located in the South of England as primary support to that region but UK wide travel is likely from time to time.
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills, comfortable training and supporting non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to modify approach depending on the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mentality, reacting and tailoring to a changing environment.
- Eradicate blockers and ensure we keep moving forward and understand what is important.
- Ability to manage complex data sets for setup, processing and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus to ensure outcomes are delivered to the highest possible standards in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to travel to our lab locations across the region regularly.
- A background in technology development/deployment, project management, and/or service desk is helpful but not essential.
- A broad experience of manufacturing, ecommerce or the dental service industry would also be beneficial.
