Systems & Data Manager in Bolton

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high‑calibre Systems & Data Manager to join our North region leadership team and take full ownership of our data, systems and reporting. The role is hands‑on and trusted, requiring structure, accuracy and insight to drive better decisions.

Location: Aesthetic World, Bolton
Employment Type: Full‑time, Leadership‑exposed, High‑impact role
Salary: £47,000.00-£50,000.00

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership and optimisation of Elevate (lab system) and Sage (finance system)
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and discipline across all sites
• Producing clear, actionable commercial and operational reports
• Supporting aged debt control alongside Operations Manager
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis
• Driving system improvements, process alignment and best practice
• Acting as a critical link between operations, finance and leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable owning systems, processes and outcomes
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, structured and solution‑focused
• Experienced with business systems, reporting and data management
• Calm under pressure and trusted to work autonomously
• Experience with Elevate, Sage or similar systems is highly desirable
