Role Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management and development of employees, processes, operational and behavioural standards to ensure achievement of financial, operational and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lab operations with the Laboratory Leader and Operations Director
  • Build, develop and manage high-performing teams and culture
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and output
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GDPR and ESG standards
  • Monitor financial performance and manage key stakeholder relationships

Experience Required

  • Educated to H level or equivalent Technical Qualification in Operations and/or Practice Management
  • 5 years dental sector experience
