We're looking for a Strategic Account Director for DSO and Independent Dental Groups, who thrives on turning high value relationships into sustained revenue and profitability growth.

Location: Home based with extensive travel to ALS Labs and customers UK Wide

What you'll do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts nationally
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients/Independent groups
  • Develop strategic plans, and negotiate contracts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, providing consulting services to clients, and aligning client needs with ALS Dental’s innovative solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth initiatives including ALS Academy, Operations Directors, Commercial and Customer Engagement Teams.

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
