Business Development Partnerships Manager (UK-based)

To support our growth, we are now looking for a BD Partnerships & Affiliate Manager who will build and scale collaborations with brands, platforms, and travel-related businesses that share our audience.
Role Overview
This role combines Partnerships and Affiliate Management into one stream.
Your goal is to grow our customer base through strategic B2B collaborations and performance-driven affiliate channels.
What You Will Do
- Identify, approach, and onboard partners across key verticals: winter sports, outdoor, travel, e-commerce, fintech, mobility, lifestyle, and sports retail.
- Launch and manage joint campaigns with partners: promo codes, co-branded offers, email placements, banners, links, and simple on-site integrations (widgets, partner pages, hidden links).
- Develop and manage affiliate relationships: issuing links, negotiating rates, tracking performance, and ensuring clean reporting.
- Set and monitor pricing and payout models (CPA, CPL, revenue share) based on performance and seasonality.
- Analyse results, optimise partner performance, and scale the channels that bring the highest ROI.
- Maintain a fully B2B approach — MLM formats are excluded.
- Bring new ideas for collaborations and growth opportunities within the ski and travel ecosystem.
Who You Are
- Experience in Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, Growth, or Loyalty — ideally in travel, outdoor, e-commerce, fintech, mobility, or retail.
- Knowledge of the UK market and understanding of ski/outdoor culture is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — you can pitch, close deals, and manage ongoing partnerships.
- Comfortable working with tracking tools, UTM logic, performance dashboards, and payout structures.
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners in a fast-moving environment.
- Ready to collaborate closely with the core team (Darya, Ash, Artjoms).
