About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to build and lead a systematic, data-driven sales department. The role involves establishing scalable sales processes, recruiting and managing an effective sales team, and driving revenue growth through upselling ski rentals, ski passes and premium service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a small, high-performing sales team;
- Set up an effective upselling system for ski passes, rentals, and premium services;
- Develop data-driven sales processes, reports, and dashboards;
- Track key sales metrics (calls, conversion rates, revenue growth) and improve them continuously;
- Take part in hands-on sales — calls, scripts, communication with clients;
- Coach and motivate the team daily, fostering a positive, supportive culture
Required Skills
- A warm, engaging communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people;
- A strong listener and mentor, able to guide and support a small team;
- Proven hands-on sales experience — you’ve sold, not just managed;
- Understanding of sales metrics and how to improve them;
- Experience in European or US markets;
- Leadership experience (hiring, feedback, coaching);
- Fluent English (C1–C2);
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by results and growth.
- Nice-to-have: experience in travel.
