We aim to revolutionize the ski industry and are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Owner to join the Alps2Alps team. Role Overview: Ski bookers is going a platform for everything you need for traveling: hotels, equipment rental, transfers, etc. The Business Owner will play a key role in the company’s growth, taking full ownership of launching a new product from market analysis and customer research to product design and launch. This role is ideal for a resourceful and proactive leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities: Launch and manage the Ski Bookers platform, get the first 6 bookings up to August the 1st 2025. Hire and build a high-performing team, recruiting key roles to support long-term growth. Oversee operational control of key business metrics, ensuring optimization and sustainable business continuity. Take full ownership of the project’s P&L and financial management, driving profitability and cost-efficiency. Lead website development efforts to create a customer-centric and user-friendly platform which will help achieve a high conversion rate. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as founder or in C level roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment. Experience in hiring and managing a team of 20+ members, including developers, product managers, and sales. Proven expertise in launching new products from 0 to 1 (from concept to scalable product). Experience in the travel, hospitality, or airline industries will be a strong advantage. Structured mindset for strategic thinking and efficient process management. Proactivity with a strong problem-solving approach. KPI & Bonus: By the end of 2027, achieve a profit of $5M and receive a bonus of 20% of the profit, amounting to $1M.
