Responsibilities
- Conduct quality and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with ALPLA routine testing and maintain laboratory and process critical measuring equipment in full calibration.
- Conduct traceability exercises and isolate products associated with internal non‑conformances or customer complaints.
- Manage isolation and sorting activities and the related area.
- Check and maintain production quality paperwork and obtain samples to support migration certification for existing products.
- Conduct internal audits for hygiene, procedural compliance, safety behaviours and systems.
- Provide product defect awareness training.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably required by supervision and consistent with the main purpose of the job.
Qualifications
- Previous role within quality at a similar level, ideally with exposure to manufacturing.
- Highly analytical and exceptionally detail‑oriented.
- Compliant and process‑driven.
- Organised and able to communicate results effectively.
- Extensive audit experience (lead audit trained highly advantageous).
