Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm – 6am) rotating shift pattern

At our Mansfield site we currently have a requirement for a Warehouse Team Leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse operations.
- Ensure control of production movements on a day-to-day basis through to warehouse storage and distribution.
- Formulate and implement improvements within the Warehouse and to agree and maintain measurable stock levels per product at the site.
- Accountable for accurate recording of warehouse data and system reporting.
- Keep good communication with logistics company.
- Present shift data, analyse and hold daily shift reviews with warehouse staff.
- Ensure quality and hygiene standards are always maintained to internal and external accepted standards.
- Investigate root causes of customer/supplier complaints using problem solving techniques.
- Ensure the company health and safety policy is adhered to in the plant.
- Ensure the housekeeping is to agreed standards.
- Work with training matrix to ensure a multi-skilled team, ensuring that all staff are trained to carry out their duties.
- Support Warehouse team by carrying out warehouse duties as and when required.
- Support the site by assisting any department if required.
Experience Required:
- Experience within a fast paced warehousing environment, familiar with processes and warehousing systems.
- Team lead experience – able to identify training requirements.
- Strong understanding of H&S requirements within a fast paced warehousing environment.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Adaptable and approachable.
- Valid FLT License.
