We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead our Quality function. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

You will be responsible for managing quality processes, leading a team, and driving continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate the Quality team to consistently meet customer requirements
  • Drive strong communication and engagement within the team to improve quality performance and reduce customer concerns
  • Ensure all QC facilities and equipment are maintained to required standards, including calibration tracking and renewals
  • Oversee visual inspections, measurement, and functional testing in line with standard procedures
  • Manage non-conforming products and raw materials, ensuring proper control and reporting
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct internal audits and support external and third-party audits
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP principles and Food Safety Standards (FSSC 22000)
  • Coordinate food contact product migration testing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Carry out additional duties as required, aligned with the purpose of the role

  • Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance standards
  • Experience with HACCP and Food Safety standards (FSSC 22000 desirable)
